ADULT SESSIONS. TUNA offers adult clinics on Tuesday afternoons for parents of Junior Program skiers and other interested adults. We anticipate beginner and intermediate groups. Sessions will be held at Mountain Dell from 4:45 to 5:45, beginning January 3 and continuing through March 13. There is an optional, non-teaching session on March 13 in conjunction with the juniors' season-ending party.

Student/teacher mix will be no more than 8/1. Instructors are all experienced nordic coaches. We will have six skate sessions and three classic sessions, with a schedule to be posted later. On classic days, students are expected to use classic skis (fishscale or waxable), classic poles and classic or combi boots. Skate gear will not work for classic days and vice versa. There will not be a skate option on these days. There is no pro-rate or refund for those who do not attend a session. Suitable skate and classic rentals are available at several local shops.

Program fees are $100 (all proceeds after paying coaching expenses will go to support Junior Programs activities). Current TUNA membership for the 2011-2012 season is required. Program fees DO NOT include a Mountain Dell trail pass - skiers are required to purchase a Mountain Dell pass separately.
