Due to popular demand, a Nordic race suit, jacket and warmup pants have been designed and made available for anyone who would like them. These are not the same as the Junior suits - perhaps a little more flattering for those of us who are, um, a little older. A portion of every order will be donated to support the TUNA Junior Program.

Some Words from Dave Hanscom and TUNA
It's safe to say that without Howard, there would be no Soldier Hollow today. In fact, without him, there might never have been a Soldier Hollow in the first place. In the late 90s when the SLOC Site Selection Committee (of which I was a member) was lobbying to have the cross country and biathlon at Little Dell, Howard had the foresight to realize that the Salt Lake City Water Department would never allow a permanent facility to be... read more
We are sad to report the passing of Marie Irvine on February 11. Marie spent long hours making sure that your race entries were correct and supporting the amazing experiences that each of you have as part of the Utah Nordic community. She has helped with nearly every TUNA event, as well as most local, national, and international races at... read more

I am blind and I am a Nordic skier. I enjoy skiing, but I have only lived in SLC for 1 year, and I am having a hard time finding people to ski with. When I can not find someone, I either don’t ski, or I have to pay to the tune of $30-40 for a 2-3 hour ski. It would be really nice if I can find some more people who would be willing to ski with me. If you could spread this email to your contacts within TUNA, I would appreciate it.
So you know, guiding a blind person while skiing is easy... read more
