Laurie Humbert and Janet Myshrall will again conduct their Monday and Wednesday evening sessions, starting on Wednesday September 4th, at Sugarhouse Park, meet at the parking lot near the north end of the lake, adjacent to the "Big Field Pavilion". This carefully designed program includes core stability exercises, ski specific strengthening techniques, flexibility training, and ski walk and bounding interval work.
- Laurie Humbert has coached Nordic skiing for over 20 years. This, along with her Olympic experience, has given her the ability to teach, motivate and inspire!
- Janet is a physical therapist, personal trainer and yoga instructor. Janet brings her knowledge of specific and effective core strengthening and shares valuable information on injury prevention that goes well beyond the scope of a regular workout.
