Steve Cook will lead private sessions for individuals throughout the fall and winter to help prepare Senior and Masters for the upcoming race season or find more enjoyment out of Nordic skiing. The program is designed to be a flexible and individualized training program for anyone from college skiers, to post-college recreational racers, to Masters of any age who want to improve their ski technique and fitness for the coming season. Workouts can include running, rollerskiing, strength, hillbounding, skiing both classic and skate or a combination of these activities based on individual need and interest. As part of the program, participants will have the opportunity to discuss goals with Steve and work on a personalized training plan for the fall/winter training season.
