TUNA Yurt Rates and Reservations

The existing policy for the yurt reservation was instituted in an effort to improve maintain consistency and provides benefits towards those who help with it's operation & maintenance. There are three levels of nightly rental rates with priority given to those who participate in the yurt committee. The highest priority and lowest rate will go to those who maintain the yurt - they get first shot at the rentals and at reduced rates; the second level will be for the membership in general who have becomed certified; third level will be for non-members wishing to rent the yurt.

Rates

The board supports the idea of "giving breaks to those who deserve it." Rates are tied to levels of involvement and participation. First Level - Active Yurt Volunteers: $50.00 per night on weekends and holidays and $30.00 per night weekdays; participation at this level gives those members who have participated in a setup and takedown in the last year to date, priority of making reservations for all dates at the yurt until December 1st. Second Level - Certified Members: $80.00 per night on weekends and $65.00 per night on week days; participation at this level gives those individuals who have an active membership a priority to make reservations for all remaining dates until December 10th, after that date the reservation system will be open to all persons wanting to rent the yurt. Third Level - Non-members: $100.00 per night on weekend and $85.00 per night on weekdays
